Refund Policy
1. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
2. Non-Eligible Refunds
Purchases older than 14 days are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
3. How to Request a Refund
Select the license you wish to refund from the license management page at my.sentinel-suite.com and submit the refund request. The refund will be processed immediately via Stripe or PayPal.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at purchase (Stripe or PayPal). You will be notified by email upon completion.
