These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions governing your use of the software products and related services ("Service") provided by SentinelSuite ("we" or "the site").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
Article 1 – Applicability
These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users with respect to the use of the Service.

Article 2 – Registration
- Users may use the Service by registering an account through the method designated by us.
- We may refuse or suspend registration if the information provided is false, erroneous, or incomplete.
Article 3 – Sales and Payment
- Plugin sales within the Service are processed through WooCommerce.
- Accepted payment methods are limited to credit card payments via Stripe or PayPal.
- Payment processing is handled on the payment provider's systems; we do not store credit card information.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Article 4 – License
- The right to use ("License") plugins sold through the Service is granted to the purchaser as a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
- The purchaser may install and use the plugin on sites they operate or manage, including sites managed on behalf of their clients.
- If the purchaser is a web agency or similar business, they may install the plugin on client sites as part of ongoing maintenance. However, the License remains with the purchaser and may not be transferred or resold to a client.
- The purchaser is responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized use resulting from disclosure or sharing of credentials with third parties.
- We reserve the right to monitor license authentication history and usage.
Article 5 – Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Infringing our intellectual property rights or those of third parties.
- Circumventing or tampering with the license authentication system.
- Unauthorized access, reverse compilation, or reverse engineering.
- Actions that place excessive load on our servers or network.
- Any conduct that violates public order, morals, or applicable laws.
Article 6 – Data Collection by Plugins
- Our plugins may collect technical information from the sites where they are installed (domain, WordPress version, environment data, etc.) for the purpose of usage analytics and security diagnostics.
- Collected data is anonymized and aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.

Article 7 – Service Suspension & Changes
We may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases:
- Server maintenance or system failures.
- Natural disasters, communication failures, or other force majeure events.
- When we determine it is operationally necessary.
Article 8 – Disclaimer
- We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or continuity of the Service.
- We accept no liability for any damages (including data loss or business interruption) arising from the installation or use of our plugins.
- Where applicable law limits such disclaimers, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Service and the plugins belong to us or their respective rights holders. Users may use them only within the scope permitted under these Terms.
Article 10 – Term and Termination
- A license takes effect from the date of purchase and continues for the duration of the purchased plan (one year for annual licenses).
- If no renewal is made at the end of the term, the license automatically expires.
- We may immediately suspend or terminate a license if these Terms are violated.
Article 11 – Personal Information
The handling of personal information is governed by our separately published Privacy Policy.
Article 12 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
- Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court with jurisdiction over our place of business as the court of first instance.
Article 13 – Amendments
We may amend these Terms as necessary. Amendments take effect upon posting on this website.
